"Holcon floor"

The “Holcon floor” consists out of two concrete shells with a framework of reinforcement bars in between. The bottom and top shell differ in size, so that the core of the floor is accessible for installing and relocating pipework. The trench between the floors is closed with a cement-bound plate. A finishing floor isn’t necessary. The floor can have a large span, creating a freely divisible and flexible space. In addition, the floor is installed dry, making it demountable.
